Research Interests:
Alejandra is interested in Biochemistry and Virology. She enjoys lab work that uses microscopy and cell-based assays. Through her current research she is looking at the activation of T-cells in response to pathogens. Additional research interest includes structural determination of mutant virus strains through Cryo-EM and other microscopy methods.
